Rental Equipment Return
In an effort to make things easier, we are going to try something new this year: instead of a fixed rental return day, we are asking everyone with rented gear to return it on a day and time of their choosing, as long as it is BEFORE 11:00 a.m. on April 6. Please follow the rental return procedure below:
1. Bring your rental gear to 974 Watson Road S by 11:00 a.m. on April 6, 2024
2. Leave it by the front door.
3. Text Megan, our gear coordinator at 519-803-9436 to let her know you dropped it off.
Next Season
Mark your calendars for the next ski season! If you are planning on renting equipment next year, remember that Membership registration opens by mid-October and the annual rental day will likely be mid-November. So watch your in-box for our fall newsletter with instructions and dates. Only those members who check off the equipment rental box in their registration form will get an e-mail with the final date and sign-up sheet for rentals. So don't put off registration too long!
And remember, anyone who was a member this year will be eligible for a 25% discount on registration fees.
Registration opens October 14. Once again, registration is available through Zone 4 at Eden Mills Nordic Registration Form.

Rental pick-up is November 12. The rental sign-up e-mail will be sent out in the first week of November.

Club Membership
Membership includes access to the trails and the opportunity to participate in the lessons.
For members who sign up for a membership, but who we cannot provide rental gear for, we will reimburse your membership minus the transaction fees until November 19, 2023.
Kids Lessons
- Bunnyrabbit lessons (5 year olds) and Jackrabbit (6-12 year olds) lessons and Royal Rabbits lessons will all take place on Saturdays starting at 1:30-3 pm.
- We will have 8 activity days, regardless of the weather. We will ski at our trails when we can groom, otherwise we will offer outdoor activates either at the trails by the Cutten Club, the Arboretum or GORBA trails.
Adult cross country lessons will be offered on Sat. afternoons from 1:30 - 3:00 PM at the Maltby trails. The adult lessons start together with the kids' lessons.
Lessons are $10 per session with all proceeds going towards the trail grooming expenses etc. Please join the club and sign the insurance release form.

These dates are of course weather permitting, and can also be impacted by local health and safety regulations.
Trail Conditions & Lessons
Most lessons will take place at our Maltby Road location but occasionally we are forced to move to an alternate location or cancel altogether. Those who are registered for lessons will be notified the day of your lessons by email. Those interested in drop-in adult lessons can also request to be added to our email list to be notified about conditions.
